Fracking Company, Resident Debate Rebuttal Witnesses In Drinking Water Case

Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 3:59 PM EDT) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — The hydraulic fracturing company that has been sued by a Pennsylvania homeowner for allegedly contaminating his drinking water on Oct. 21, 2014, filed a brief with the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board (EHB) contending that it should be permitted to submit rebuttal experts on grounds that the resident “modified” his testimony and the company should be allowed to respond to that (Loren Kiskadden v. Department of Environmental Protect and Range Resources — Appalachia LLC, No. 2011-149-R, Pa. EHB).
