3-Year Fracking Waste Disposal Moratorium Signed Into Law By Connecticut Governor

Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 3:58 PM EDT) -- HARTFORD, Conn. — Connecticut Gov. Dannel P. Malloy on Aug. 18, 2014, signed a bill that enacts a three-year moratorium on the handling of waste from hydraulic fracturing in Connecticut while its environmental impact is further researched.
