LOUIS — An Arkansas county Circuit Clerk office employee who was fired after the election of a new circuit clerk whom the employee did not support failed to prove claims of gender discrimination or retaliation, an Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel ruled May 26 (Ronda DePriest v. Dennis Milligan, individually and in his official capacity, No. 15-1365, 8th Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 9630).
