(Sprint, collectively) were deemed entitled to summary judgment June 7 by a New York federal judge with regard to their allegations that two defendants violated the Lanham Act by selling Sprint phones with bad electronic serial numbers (ESNs) (Sprint Solutions Inc. v. iCell Guru Inc., et al., No. 14-3539, E.D. N.Y.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 73912)....
