Auto Repair Employees File Excessive Fees Suit Against Small 401(k) Plan
Mealey's (June 6, 2016, 12:14 PM EDT) -- MINNEAPOLIS — Participants and beneficiaries of an auto body repair shops owner’s 401(k) profit-sharing plan that had $9.2 million in assets on May 18 filed a putative class action seeking to recover financial losses suffered by the plan for allegedly paying excessive fees to third-party providers (Debbie Damberg, et al. v. LaMettry’s Collision Inc., et al., No. 16cv1335, D. Minn.).
