Third-Party Defendant Says Wellhead Maker Cannot Sue It For Damages From Rupture

Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 3:45 PM EDT) -- OKLAHOMA CITY — A third-party defendant in a hydraulic fracturing wellhead rupture lawsuit on Sept. 2, 2014, file a brief in Oklahoma federal court contending that the third-party complaint against it should be dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted (Chesapeake Appalachia LLC, et al. v. Cameron International Corporation v. Pumpco Energy Services Inc., No. 13-1118, W.D. Okla.).
