Mealey's (May 31, 2016, 10:27 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Supreme Court on May 31 declined to review a Second Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals decision allowing the Seneca Nation of Indians to operate a casino on land owned by the tribe in Buffalo, N.Y. (Citizens Against Casino Gambling in Erie County, et al. v. Jonodev Osceola Chaudhuri, et al., No. 15‐780, U.S. Sup.).
