Joint Compound Company Tells 6th Circuit Navy Exposures To Blame For Mesothelioma

(May 27, 2016, 4:47 PM EDT) -- LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A joint compound company told the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals April 18 that plaintiffs greatly exaggerate the case against it and ignore evidence of much more damaging exposure experienced in the U.S. Navy (Carol Lee Stallings, et al. v. Georgia-Pacific Corp., et al., No. 15-6387, 6th Cir.).
