3rd Circuit: Doctor Has 3 Days To Correct Filing Errors In Fracking Fluids Case
Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 3:30 PM EDT) -- PHILADELPHIA — The Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Nov. 17, 2014, issued an order giving a Pennsylvania doctor who is seeking to learn the chemicals in proprietary hydraulic fracturing fluids three days to correct his filing error as he appeals a District Court’s decision dismissing his lawsuit (Alfonso Rodriguez v. Secretary of Department of Environmental Protection, et al., No. 14-3467, 3rd Cir.).
