(May 16, 2016, 5:36 PM EDT) -- NEW YORK — A New York County Supreme Court justice on May 4 denied an insured’s motion for partial summary judgment after determining that questions of fact exist pertaining to the allocation of indemnity costs, the amount of deductibles owed by an insured and a policy’s asbestos exclusion (Travelers Casualty and Surety Co., et. al., v. Alfa Laval Inc., et al., No. 650667/09, N.Y. Sup., New York Co.; 2016 N.Y. Misc. LEXIS 1701).
