Judge: Tainted Groundwater Complaint May Be Amended Due To New Evidence

(May 16, 2016, 7:44 AM EDT) -- FRESNO, Calif. — A federal judge in California on May 4 ruled that even though the deadline had passed, a plaintiff could filed an eighth amended complaint in a chemical exposure and groundwater contamination lawsuit because he became aware of information pertaining to the presence of toxins that is relevant to the case (Viola Coppola, et al. v.
