(May 12, 2016, 1:42 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Two Cuban companies on April 29 asked a District of Columbia federal court to dismiss Bacardi & Co. Ltd.’s lawsuit seeking cancellation of a trademark registration held by one of the companies, saying that Bacardi’s suit fails to make a sufficient argument for canceling the disputed registration (Bacardi & Company Ltd. and Bacardi U.S.A., Inc. v. Empresa Cubana ExportAdora De Alimentos Y Productos Varios d/b/a Cubaexport and Havana Club Holding, S.A. d/b/a HCH S.A., No. 04-00519, D. D.C.)....
