Mealey's (May 10, 2016, 4:08 PM EDT) -- SAN FRANCISCO — Judgment on California minimum wage laws entitles truck drivers to summary judgment on their unfair competition law (UCL), Business and Professions Code Section 17200, et seq., claims and its longer statute of limitations, a federal judge said April 25 (Charles Ridgway, et al. v. Wal-Mart Stores Inc., No. 08-5221, N.D. Calif.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 55609).
