Judge: Motion To Compel Depositions In Fracking Well Fire Case Is Moot

Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 2:28 PM EDT) -- SHREVEPORT, La. — The federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana on June 18, 2014, denied a motion to compel deposition testimony in a dispute between a pumping company and a gas extraction company regarding lost profits and damages in connection with a hydraulic fracturing operation (Cudd Pumping Services Inc. v. Coastal Chemical Co. LLC, et al., No. 11-01913, W.D. La.).
