Property Owners Not Due Attorney Fees In Water Rights, Trespass Lawsuit

Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 1:01 PM EDT) -- SAN JOSE — A California state court judge did not err in denying attorney fees for a couple that was in a 16-year legal fight with California over water diversion and the location of a state road, a state appeals court panel ruled May 26 (The State of California, ex rel. Department of Parks and Recreation v. Joseph P. Schoendorf, et al., No. H039321, Calif. App., 6th Dist.; 2015 Cal. App. Unpub. LEXIS 3649).
