Wisconsin Federal Judge Won’t Dismiss Amiodarone Wrongful Death Case As Time-Barred
(May 2, 2016, 12:52 PM EDT) -- MADISON, Wis. — A Wisconsin federal judge on April 28 denied dismissal of an amiodarone wrongful death complaint, saying it is not clear from the complaint when the plaintiffs became aware that the decedent’s death was linked to the heart drug (Judy Marvin, et al. v. Zydus Pharmaceuticals [USA] Inc., et al., No. 15-749, W.D. Wis.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 56482).
