Montana, Wyoming Ordered To Serve Judgment Offers To Settle Interstate Water Suit

Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 12:47 PM EDT) -- STANFORD, Calif. — The special master for the Montana/Wyoming water dispute pending in the U.S. Supreme Court on May 18 ordered the states to serve offers of judgment by May 29 (State of Montana v. State of Wyoming, et al., No. 137, Original, U.S. Sup.).
