Solicitor General Urges High Court To Deny Miss. Aquifer Complaint Against Tenn.

Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 12:44 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. solicitor general on May 12 urged the U.S. Supreme Court to deny Mississippi leave to file a complaint against Tennessee and the City of Memphis for the alleged wrongful conversion of groundwater from an aquifer under the two states (State of Mississippi v. State of Tennessee, et al., No. 143, Original, U.S. Sup.).
