2 Fracking Companies Say Wyoming Man Fails To State Injury Claim

Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 11:51 AM EDT) -- CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Two of the hydraulic fracturing companies being sued by a Wyoming man who contends that he was injured while working at a fracking site when he was exposed to toxic fracking fluid that spilled from a defective pipe, filed separate answers to the complaint, each arguing that the plaintiff is not entitled to the relief requested because the complaint fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted (Justin Morrison v.
