Pennsylvania Panel Reverses, Says Resident’s Fracking Permit Appeal Was Timely

Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 11:33 AM EDT) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — A panel of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court on June 2 reversed a ruling of the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board (EHB), ruling that a resident’s appeal of hydraulic fracturing permits was timely (Laurence Harvilchuck v. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Environmental Protection and WPX Energy Appalachia LLC, No. 717 C.D. 2014, Pa. Cmwlth.).
