Fracking Company, Trade Group Seek Halt To Implementation Of Federal Rules

Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 11:26 AM EDT) -- CHEYENNE, Wyo. — A hydraulic fracturing trade group and a fracking company on May 15 moved in Wyoming federal court for an injunction preventing the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) from applying recently issued federal regulations for fracking on federal land (Independent Petroleum Association of America, et al. v. Sally Jewell, No. 15-00041, D. Wyo.).
