(April 14, 2016, 9:40 AM EDT) -- HOUSTON — A federal judge in Texas on April 1 sentenced a former psychiatrist who was found guilty of one count of conspiracy to commit health care fraud, one count of health care fraud and three counts of making false statements relating to health care matters to 144 months in prison and ordered her to pay $3.6 million in restitution for her role in a fraudulent billing scheme (United States of America v.
