Judge: Fracking Company Not Entitled To Attorney Fee In Contract Dispute

Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 10:57 AM EDT) -- COLUMBUS, Ohio — The federal judge in Ohio presiding over a contract dispute related to contaminated soil and groundwater from hydraulic fracturing operations in West Virginia on May 8 ruled that the fracking company was not entitled to attorney fees (Warren Drilling Inc. v. Equitable Production Co., No. 12-425, S.D. Ohio).
