Mealey's (April 8, 2016, 4:15 PM EDT) -- ALBANY, N.Y. — An expert’s testimony that cumulative asbestos exposures caused the development of mesothelioma satisfies federal evidence standards and helps keep two manufacturers sued for the use of replacement parts in the litigation under either maritime or New York, a federal judge in that state held March 21 (Pearl Osterhout, et al. v. Crane Co.; FMC Corp., et al., No. 14-208, N.D. N.Y.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 39890).
