Judge Grants Unopposed Injunction Against Contraceptive Mandate

Mealey's (June 10, 2015, 9:52 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A District of Columbia federal judge on April 3, 2014, granted an unopposed motion enjoining the government from applying the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate (John F.
