Politician Urges 8th Circuit To Reverse Dismissal Of Birth Control Case

Mealey's (June 10, 2015, 9:51 AM EDT) -- ST. LOUIS — A Missouri politician on March 20, 2104, told the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals that the contraceptive mandate clearly injures him and violates his religious rights and that his case differs significantly from those brought by nonprofits and businesses (Paul Wieland, et al. v. U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, No. 13-3528, 8th Cir.).
