(March 30, 2016, 11:11 AM EDT) -- LOS ANGELES — An insurer in rehabilitation alleged in a federal court in California on March 28 that two of its policyholders were fraudulently receiving home care benefits while being recorded performing various activities without need of assistance (Penn Treaty Network America Life Insurance Company, In Rehabilitation v.
