7th Circuit Upholds Rejection Of Age Bias Suit Against Small Employer
(March 28, 2016, 2:56 PM EDT) -- CHICAGO — A former employee’s age bias suit fails as he could not show that his former employer had more 20 or more employees at the time the alleged bias occurred, a Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel ruled March 9, affirming a trial court’s opinion (William Bridge v. New Holland Logansport, Inc., No. 15-1935, 7th Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 4403).
