Mealey's (March 24, 2016, 9:05 AM EDT) -- PHILADELPHIA — A federal judge did not err in granting summary judgment in favor of trust funds in an insurance dispute with an insurer over payment under surety bonds because the trust funds’ claims were timely and they acted in good faith, a Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel ruled March 15 (Board of Trustees, Roofers Local No. 30 Combined Welfare Fund, et al. v.
