Mealey's (May 26, 2015, 5:21 PM EDT) -- TAMPA, Fla. — A federal judge in Florida on May 11 refused to stay a challenge to the accommodation process available under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA)’s contraceptive mandate but granted the government more time to respond to the complaint (Christian and Missionary Alliance Foundation Inc., et al. v. Sylvia Mathews Burwell, et al., No. 14-580, M.D. Fla.).
