2nd GM Bellwether Trial Continues In Southern District Of New York

(March 22, 2016, 1:47 PM EDT) -- NEW YORK — The second bellwether trial in the General Motors ignition switch multidistrict litigation entered its seventh day March 22 with only three claims to be tried against the car maker for a crash on an icy bridge in Louisiana allegedly caused by a faulty ignition switch (In Re: General Motors LLC Ignition Switch Litigation, No. 1:14-md-02543, S.D. N.Y.).
