U.S. High Court Adopts Special Master’s Report In Montana, Wyoming Water Case
(March 21, 2016, 12:03 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — With Montana and Wyoming unable to settle the case themselves, the U.S. Supreme Court on March 21 adopted a special master’s report that makes Wyoming liable to Montana for only two out of 15 years of disputed water overdraft (State of Montana v. State of Wyoming, et al., No. 137, Orig., U.S. Sup.).
