2 Texas Bills Call For Towns To Prepare Fiscal Analysis Before Banning Fracking

Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 4:50 PM EDT) -- AUSTIN, Texas — A state lawmaker on Dec. 17 introduced two measures that would set procedural requirements for the adoption of a municipal regulation, limitation or prohibition on the production, storage or transportation of oil or natural gas involving hydraulic fracturing.
