Mealey's (October 20, 2021, 4:56 PM EDT) -- WILMINGTON, Del. — A Delaware vice chancellor on Oct. 5 accepted a stipulation of dismissal agreed to by the parties and dismissed an action by the wife of a COVID-19 patient seeking an order requiring a Delaware hospital to treat the patient with ivermectin, an anti-parasitic drug most commonly used for livestock that has gained nationwide attention as a possible but unproven COVID-19 treatment.  The vice chancellor had previously denied a temporary restraining order and a preliminary injunction to compel the hospital to administer the drug....
