Judge Partially Dismisses Residents’ Appeal Of Fracking Permit

Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 4:33 PM EDT) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — A Pennsylvania judge on Jan. 8 partially granted dismissal of an appeal filed by a group of residents who contend that a hydraulic fracturing company should not have been given a permit to operate in their township (Richard L. Stedge v. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, et al., No. 2014-042, Pa. EHB).
