Parties Dismissed From Bad Faith Suit Over Workers’ Compensation Benefits
(March 11, 2016, 9:29 AM EST) -- PHOENIX — A federal judge in Arizona on Feb. 23 dismissed two defendants from an insurance breach of contract and bad faith lawsuit, ruling that an insured failed to show that those defendants aided and abetted in insurers’ bad faith handling of a workers’ compensation claim (Kenneth Lemaster v. Hartford Insurance Company of the Midwest, et al., No. 13-2017, D. Ariz.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 21771).
