(March 10, 2016, 10:07 AM EST) -- CHICAGO — A staffing company under investigation for age-related employment discrimination must fully respond to two administrative subpoenas issued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission seeking information regarding the company’s clients, the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled March 4 (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission v. Aerotek, Inc., No. 15-1690, 7th Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 4114).
