(March 9, 2016, 11:17 AM EST) -- URBANA, Ill. — An insurer filed a declaratory relief action in Illinois federal court on March 2, asking the court to determine whether it owes an insured and certain of its employees indemnification and a duty to defend in an underlying retaliation lawsuit (Cincinnati Insurance Co. v.
