Individual Issues Predominate In Mental Health Review Class Action, Court Says

(March 8, 2016, 2:47 PM EST) -- LOS ANGELES — Whether a health insurance provider denied medically necessary mental health care would require investigation into individual circumstances, a California appeals court held March 3 in affirming denial of class certification (Louise Fradenburg v. United Healthcare Insurance Co., et al., No. B258404, Calif. App., 2nd Dist.).
