Fracking Company: Court Erred In Letting Jury Decide Land Dispute
(March 7, 2016, 12:16 PM EST) -- DENVER — A hydraulic fracturing company suing a landowner couple over the right to access certain land used in a fracking operation on Feb. 16 filed a brief in the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals contending that it was deprived of its “unambiguous, clearly expressed contract right” to decide whether to amend a damage agreement between the parties (Denbury Onshore LLC v. Robert F. Christensen, et al., No. 15-8106, 10th Cir.).
