Competing Suits Over Grazing, Endangered Mouse Are Consolidated In New Mexico

Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 1:56 PM EDT) -- ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Separate lawsuits that challenge grazing restrictions to protect an endangered mouse were consolidated April 2 by a California federal judge (San Diego Cattlemen’s Cooperative Association, et al. v. Tom Vilsack, et al., No. 14-818, WildEarth Guardians v. United States Forest Service, et al., No. 14-887, D. N.M.).
