Judge Dismisses Suit Seeking To Force BLM Action On Replacing Reservoirs

Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 1:55 PM EDT) -- PENDLETON, Ore. — An Oregon federal judge on April 7 dismissed with prejudice an attempt by property and water right holders to force the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to implement a reservoir retrofitting plan (Eason Land Co., LLC, et al. v. Secretary of the United States Department of the Interior, et al., No. 14-951, D. Ore.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 45067).
