Judge: Evidentiary Issues In Fracking Contract Dispute Prevent Summary Judgment
(March 1, 2016, 3:28 PM EST) -- FORT MYERS, Fla. — A federal judge in Florida on Feb. 24 denied motions by both a water filtration company and the hydraulic fracturing operator it sued in a contract dispute, ruling that there are “too many factual disputes in the case to make summary judgment appropriate” on either party’s claims (Total Containment Solutions Inc. v. Glacier Energy Services Inc., No. 15-63, M.D. Fla.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 22650).
