Mealey's (March 1, 2016, 3:13 PM EST) -- NEWARK, N.J. — A New Jersey federal judge on Feb. 29 denied a motion by ExxonMobil Oil Corp. to dismiss eight out of 10 counts in a lawsuit brought by 96 franchisees that allege that Exxon has exercised undue control over the day-to-day management of their businesses (South Gas Inc., et al. v. ExxonMobil Oil Corporation, No. 09-cv-6236, D. N.J.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 24690)....
