(762 F.3d 867, 873 [9th Cir. 2014]), the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Feb. 19 found that it must reverse and remand a California federal judge’s dismissal of trademark infringement allegations levied in connection with a ukulele (Gibson Brands Inc. v.
