Mealey's (February 17, 2016, 2:53 PM EST) -- OKLAHOMA CITY — The Sierra Club filed a lawsuit against three hydraulic fracturing companies on Feb. 16 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, seeking declaratory and injunctive relief forcing the companies to stop injecting fracking waste into the ground, which the Sierra Club contends is creating earthquakes (Sierra Club v. Chesapeake Operating LLC, et al., No. 16-134, W.D. Okla.)....
