Environmental Groups Want Changes To Montana Dams To Protect Endangered Fish

Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 12:49 PM EDT) -- GREAT FALLS, Mont. — Two environmental groups on Feb. 2 filed an Endangered Species Act (ESA) complaint to force three federal agencies to take action to prevent the pallid sturgeon from becoming extinct (Defenders of Wildlife, et al. v. United States Army Corps of Engineers, et al., No. 15-14, D. Mont., Great Falls Div.).
