Suit By Crow Water Allottees Stayed Pending Dismissal Motion By Indian Affairs

Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 12:48 PM EDT) -- BILLINGS, Mont. — A lawsuit filed by water rights allottees of the Crow native American tribe for government-provided legal representation was stayed Feb. 6 to allow the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) to move for judgment on the pleadings (Crow Allottees Association, et al. v.
