Pennsylvania Panel: Fracking Company Must Comply With Discovery, Reveal Chemicals

Mealey's (February 8, 2016, 8:30 AM EST) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — A panel of the Pennsylvania Superior Court on Jan. 29 affirmed a trial court’s ruling and said that a hydraulic fracturing company’s engineering firm cannot avoid providing discovery regarding the chemicals and substances used in fracking (Stacey Haney, et al. v. Range Resources Appalachia Inc., et al. v. Stacey Haney, et al. v. Slomax International Inc., et al. , 257 WDA 2015, Pa. Super.).
