Tribal Groundwater Parties Debate Moving To Next Phase Or Stay Pending Appeal

Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 11:26 AM EDT) -- RIVERSIDE, Calif. — Parties in a lawsuit involving groundwater rights on a California Native American reservation on May 11 presented sometimes conflicting views to a federal district court as to how the next phase of the case should proceed (Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, et al. v. Coachella Valley Water District, et al., No. 14-883, C.D. Calif., Eastern Div.).
